17wkd preg.. Still feeding with nursing aversion!

Omg I really don't know how I'm still feeding as its completely driving me crazy, I think I am going insane, I absolutely hate feeding, I grind my teeth all the ways through feeds desperate for him to get off!!! What can I do??? This is the only way hell fall asleep when I put him to bed and my OH works shifts so I do it every other week but omg I swear I'm gonna grind my teeth through to china this is unbearable!!!!!!!!!!
